Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and can vary by device, location, order value, and payment-provider availability. Only methods shown during checkout are currently available for your order.

Payments are processed through Shopify checkout and the applicable authorized payment provider. Payment information is transmitted to the provider for authorization, verification, settlement, and fraud screening according to that provider’s terms and privacy practices.

We receive the transaction information necessary to manage your order, such as payment status, billing details, transaction reference, and limited payment-method information. We do not receive your full card security code.

Please enter accurate billing details that match the information held by your card issuer or payment provider. Incorrect names, addresses, postal codes, or verification details may cause a payment to be delayed or declined.

You are responsible for ensuring that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted with the order.

When an order is submitted, your bank or payment provider may place an authorization hold to confirm that funds are available. A pending authorization is not always a completed charge. Its release time is controlled by your financial institution.

Depending on checkout configuration, payment may be captured when the order is placed or during order processing. Your order is not guaranteed until it has been accepted and payment authorization has been successfully completed.

The order currency, product price, shipping charge, applicable tax, discount, and final total are shown before you confirm payment. Your card issuer may apply foreign-transaction, currency-conversion, overdraft, or other bank fees. These charges are determined by your financial institution and are not collected by HLGDTAK.

Our store uses Shopify’s hosted commerce and checkout infrastructure. Shopify states that its services are assessed against Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard requirements and publishes current compliance reports.

• Use a private device and trusted network when placing an order.
• Check that the website address and checkout information are correct before paying.
• Never share passwords, one-time codes, or complete payment credentials with anyone.
• Sign out after using a shared device.

To protect customers and our store, an order may be reviewed, temporarily held, limited, or canceled when information appears incomplete, inconsistent, unauthorized, or unusually risky. We may request reasonable confirmation of order or billing details.

Do not send a copy of your full payment card, complete card number, card security code, account password, or one-time authentication code.

Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method. After we submit a refund, the time required for it to appear depends on the bank or payment provider. Original authorization holds may also take time to disappear.

Eligibility, exclusions, and request deadlines are governed by our separately published Return and Refund Policy.

If payment fails, confirm that your card details and billing address are correct, that sufficient funds or credit are available, and that online or international transactions are enabled where relevant. You may try another payment method displayed at checkout or contact your bank.

Please do not repeatedly submit the same payment if multiple pending authorizations appear. Contact your bank or our support team for guidance.

If you notice an unexpected charge, suspicious message, or possible unauthorized order connected with HLGDTAK, contact us promptly and notify your bank or payment provider. Include your order number and a description of the issue, but do not include complete payment credentials.
